Lowdown album out now...10/20/06

The new Lowdown album "Antidote" is out this week. So run to your local shop and demand a copy. First 2000 copies limited in double digipack with bonus DVD.

El Caco recording...10/20/06

El Caco will again work with Daniel Bergstrand, and enters Dug-Out Productions in Uppsala, Sweden in November to record their 4th album. The follow-up to 2005's "The Search" will be released in March 2007.

Insense recording…10/20/06

Insense are currently working on their new album, expected to hit the shops in April 2007. Frontman Tommy Hjelm will again produce what will be the bands third album.

Lowdown album:…4/18/06

Lowdown have just finished recording their upcoming album with Zet from Ram-Zet in his Space Valley Studios. In the first week of May they go to Dug-Out Productions in Sweden where Daniel Bergstrand (Meshuggah, In Flames, El Caco etc) will take care of the mix. Expected street date for the new album is September.

Insense European tour:…4/18/06

Insense will start a 6-week European tour at the end of the month. All dates in the live section. A few more dates will be added.

El Caco! The prestigious Alarm awards took place in Oslo last night, and El Caco won the “best metal album” award for their latest album “The Search”. Next Saturday it’s the Norwegian grammy and the day before El Caco will rock Rockefeller Music Hall in Oslo with fellow Grammy nominees Stonegard. + support band Torch. Be there!

El Caco invited to India!…1/12/06

El Caco has been invited to play at The Great Indian Rock Festival, which is scheduled to be held February 18-20 at Hamsadhwani, Pragati Maidan in New Dehli. Other international acts include Freak Kitchen and YOURCODENAMEISMILO. The "GIR" festival has for many years now been a focus for Indian rock and metal acts, but last year also included former El Caco labelmates WE.

El Caco Grammy nominated…1/2/06

El Caco has been nominated for a Norwegian Grammy! Their last album “The Search” is nominated for best metal album of 2005. The other nominees are Audrey Horne, Extol and Stonegard. The awards takes place at Chateau Neuf in Oslo, Norway on the 28th of January, and there will also be a live broadcast on Norwegian TV2.
